I paid in advance online for a 9-hr driving ****** package using my credit card (name: ****************), and waited to hear back from an instructor. It took a few months for someone to call me, and in that time I took ******s with another school and passed the driving test for my ****** driver's license. I called NW Driver's ** to let them know that since it took so long to hear back from them (they called me after I passed my exam) that I would like to get a refund for the 9hr package. They assured me that I would be refunded, but that it would take 4-6 months for the refund to go through. It is now nearly a year since that time, and I have been calling them since around the 6-month **** to try to reach someone in charge, but I have been told "The supervisor will get back to you" but no one returns my calls. Here is the address of the new location (********* is closed): ************************************************************

On July 6, 2023, I scheduled and paid $75 for a driver's test through the ** Driver's ** website. The drive test was scheduled for July 12th. Due to unforseen circumstances, I communicated with a ** Driver's ** employee, and canceled the appointment on July 7th. On Saturday, July 8th, I asked when I would receive a refund. On Monday, July 10th, NW Drivers Ed told me I would receive a refund in "2-3 weeks." Because I successfully cancelled my appointment well over 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, I am *********** a refund. It has been over a month since I cancelled my appointment, and I have yet to receive my promised $75 refund. The "2-3 week" period has pass*** I have attempted to contact them many times and have not received a response. That being said, ** Driver's ** has pocketed my money and ghosted me. This business has a reputation of being money hungry and scam-like. I recommend listening to the reviews and looking elsewhere for a drive test and driver's ***

I registered and paid online for my son to take his driver's test with NW Drivers Ed. I specifically chose this company because they had an appointment available on his birthday, and they are listed on the *** website as an alternative testing site. Nine days before the scheduled test, they called to tell me that they weren't going to do testing that day and they wanted to reschedule the test. I told them this was not acceptable because we had arranged for this specific date for many reasons, and since they were the ones backing out of the appointment, they needed to refund my $75 and NOT charge me the $10 processing fee, because I was not the one who canceled. They said they would not refund the $10 but they would refund the remainder of the fee. I said this was not acceptable and if they did not refund the whole amount I would be pursuing a complaint with the BBB. I also sent this request via text after the phone call. It has been twelve days and they have not yet refunded any of my fees. I have sent multiple emails and texts. They do not answer the phone. I would like my full $75 refunded immediately.*** should no longer recommend this company for testing.

We talked to a woman on the phone and she said we had to purchase the package on the website before she would discuss anything. We paid $340 for a driving package and then called back. That was July 19th 2022 and we cannot get an answer from them on either email or phone. We've sent two emails and left about 8 voice messages. No reply. This is a scam.

On Jan 27, 2022, I paid NW Drivers Ed in ******, **, $340 for driving lessons for my daughter ***********************************. The lessons were to start on Feb 10, 2022; however, she was unable to start the lessons due to illness. I contacted the company immediately and told them she wouldn't be there because she wasn't feeling well. They advised me I would be charged anyways for that day because they require a ****-hour notice if you're not going to be there on a scheduled day. I debated their practice and I said "how does anyone know **** hours prior to becoming sick? I then asked that they refund my money because she would not be returning for the remaining lessons. A member of the staff advised it would take 20 to 90 days to get a refund. It has now been 6 months since I first requested a refund and I have yet to receive it. I have called and left voice messages and sent 6 text messages and I have not heard from them. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
