Terrible experiences here. Many others have also told me their stories. Mt little 15yr old dog drowned in my pond. I resusitated him. Took him to wilvet ER. Front desk, triage nurse and *** were very good. Took him home with instructions to bring him back if any distressd breathing. 4 hrs later his lungs filled with fluid and again he could not breath. I called to let them know ow I was coming back in. This time, the front desk (****** *******) told me i had to wait, 4 or 5 patient ahead of me! I waited 0 min then just drove in to beg them to help my dog. On arrival he refused to get me the triage nurse or **. ***** yelling for a manager I was escorted by an ***** to a back room to put him to sleep. While i was signing permission, he died in the back room. They did not have time to even get an iv in his leg. He died without me with him. Inexcusable. I blame the front desk guy for stalling me from being able to see a ** for my baby.
