    On 9/13/22 my daughter signed up for OrangeTheory classes in ***********. She then moved to college and began attending OrangeTheory in Corvallis. She signed paperwork at Corvallis on 9/23/22. I discovered on 8/7/23 that I had been double charged for her membership by both *********** and Corvallis for 10 months. I have spoken with both studio managers and was not able to come to resolution. Both studios claim the other is at fault. *********** agreed to repay half of the overpayments, 5 months worth, on Friday 9/8. They also stated that they let the OrangeTheory corporate office know of the issue and resolution and would let the Corvallis studio know as well. I reached out to the owner of the Corvallis studio and at this time he is unwilling to repay the other half of the overpayment. My request for resolution is that Corvallis pay the other half of the overpayment.

    I have requested cancellation by phone, email, and by certified letter and still this business will not cancel my membership and continues to try to charge my card. The corporate office is involved in multiple legal actions/suits due to these business practices. I would like my membership cancelled and any alleged debt balance on my account deleted as I have not been at the gym since July. I also do not wish to continue to be harassed by text, phone, email or to receive any future communication from this business.
