    Ashleys furniture has had $5,620 since March of 2024 as part payment for order # *********.The original order was cancelled as we only found out when we went back to the Clackamas store.The original order was cancelled and a reorder was made in October of 2024 and was paid in full order # ********* - $15,599.87 Delivery was set for December 3, 2024 and was an incomplete order.The order was cancelled due to incomplete order delivered and chairs ordered are discontinued.A pickup was done 12/12/2024 of incomplete order and received (0000000095)Ashleys credited my account $3,500.98 on 12/22/2024 not the $15,599.87 that was expected. Since then Ashleys will not return emails or phone calls.**** from the Corvallis store and ******** from the Clackamas store keep saying we will help you and call you back too many times to recall.

    On November 4th Ashley Furniture's delivery guys delivered a dresser to my residence before they even got it off the truck they tipped it and the drawers fell out onto the ground and shattered the driver informed me he made a note they took it back to the warehouse and told me to call in the morning and it's set up a new time to deliver me a new one at that time the manager in ********* Oregon told me they would just fix that one and send it back to me and I said no I want a new one and they said it's not how that works she said I wouldn't even know that it wasn't new it'll be fixed that good I said well at this point I just want my money back and she guaranteed me that the dresser would be fixed to perfect condition I said okay how long is it going to take and she said just a few days to get the part so approximately 2 weeks I'm at almost 4 weeks nobody's called me back every time I call a different store I get a different answer at this point I just want my money back I asked for a manager yesterday to call me today and nobody had it 4:00 today so I called her again and still no answer from anybody very frustrating

    Ashley Furniture did finally call me said sending me out a new dresser and that they are emailing me the info but I never received any email .

    I purchased items when those items were delivered. They were dropped down a flight of stairs and broken. I returned all items to the store as demonstrated in the photo items in the store I asked for a refund the store has failed to give a refund. They emailed saying they refunded me, but it was simply a lie because later they emailed stating that they would give a refund. Its just simply something theyre not willing to do when they have the merchandise they have my money, I fully paid my credit card to zero I am owed a full refund and I want all of my money back failed to render the service as promised and agreed and delivered damaged items and now they will not make this correct by issuing a complete unconditional refund of the total amount on the receipt They acknowledge to me at the store that the delivery men have been damaging items for two years and I told them well. I will not be one of the customers that this is done too. I want a refund and refund has been issued. Thank you.

    I purchased two mattresses and a platform for one of them. They were delivered on 12/9/2021. The platform was not the right size and we declined delivery. We were told that a reimbursement of $200 would be forthcoming. After repeated phone calls and visits to the store, the reimbursement has still not occurred. Every time we approached the company, we were told that we were, indeed, due a reimbursement and that it would be forthcoming. But it has not occurred. The last interaction was on Nov 17, 2022 - I quote from the store manager's email, "I am very sorry that you have been given the run around on this! It disappoints me that this wasnt brought to my attention sooner and that this resulted in you needing to contact me directly. There is no excuse for this situation but I do want to assure you I will see this through until you have your money in hand." Since that communication, nothing has happened.Nobody has ever contested that the reimbursement is due to us. But, still, we do not have it. All we want is to be reimbursed for the product which we declined delivery for - as we were told by the company that we would receive.

    Purchased in store a bunkie board (a support for a mattress) on 9/12/22, ***** was sale person $169.00 9/22/2022 Received a 75 X 54 though states on tag 60X 79 Requested replacement ***************** agreed after receiving photos from me that the bunkie board clearly did not fit.Received replacement which was delivered 10/7/22 Was also a 75 X 54 refused delivery as again was wrong size. I measured it with the help of the delivery person. I have made two trips to the store, spoke with ********* and ***************** store manager. At the visit at which ***************** was present he showed, and I agreed, that a bunkie board should come to the frame side Exchanged 7 e-mails with ***************** who stopped responding September 30th. In 9/25/22 email I provided to ***** Dollar photos of the bed and bunkie board that did not fit.Left a message at store requesting a call a call from ***** Dollar and was told he was busy all day . Never received call back. "Information regarding sizes of bunkie boards per bed frame size ***************** Size2? High X 54? Wide X 75? LengthQueen ************ Size2? High X 60? Wide X 80? Length"
