    Almost 3 weeks ago I went to get a drastically different hair style. Adore is suppose to be a high end salon with professionals. The hairstylist did not cut my hair like the picture I sent the salon. She proceeded to pull tug and hack my hair with a razor.I contacted the salon on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I emailed the owner she assured me I would get a full refund. I have emails of this.Now she says they do not give refunds and too bad for me. I can forward the emails.***************************

    Our salon is a satisfaction guaranteed establishment. We do not typically offer refunds, as posted in our salon as well as on our website. 

    Due to your unfortunate experience we have taken all measures to make this as right for you as we can. 

    We hope you receive your refund asap and are able to heal from your experience.

    II contacted your establishment and you said that you would give me a full refund.Then you sent the same response back to me you hope that I get my refund in order for me to get a refund you have to actually send me the refund which you're not doing I want a refund that's how you're gonna To resolve the dispute is with a refund a check for $355.
    I am rejecting this response because: You already said that you would give me the refund all I need is the check and we can end this. And you haven't did anything for me to make this better except send me email saying that you did everything that you could you haven't did anything I want my refund. ***************************
