    Every time I have had to go to this emergency room, they have handled the billing of insurance poorly. I am still being sent a bill for $1401.68 from my visit on 09/23/21! My insurance sent me an EOB saying I only owe $40.00 but ****'s Peak billing keeps sending me the bill for **** and they keep threatening to send me to collections. I have been on and off the phone with my insurance and ****'s Peak's billing department and every time I speak to someone, it's a different excuse from the one before. My insurance has been trying to understand why they keep sending me this bill and they say they have no idea what bill they are talking about. I AM NOT PAYING THAT MUCH MONEY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Fix your problems and learn to do your freaking job correctly instead of putting people in terrible financial situations.
