      When you see people flagging you into a parking lot with signs advertising a free flue shot and they verbally confirm that if you have ever been a patient of Samaritan the shot will be free, its a bait and switch. I fell into this trap and received a bill for over $60 two months later which I escalated for further review. Got no resolution after emailing to check the status multiple times over the course of more than a month. Then received a late payment notice. Im shocked in every way that this was handled. I was even told that they never had a drive thru flu shot but they did because I was there and got billed for being there when it was supposed to be free.
