    Bertsch M&S 4A2211PT191-0001 On November 14th, 2022 ******************************* ************************* found that Bertsch Moving had lost or damaged many of our household goods including: 1. Mattress, *************************** ********** King 2. Mirror, Living Room (large) 3. Table Tob, Italian marble, 5' (octagonal) 4. Workbench top (4' x 4') 5. Rug, Living Room, wool (12' x 15') 6. Armoire At the time, November 14th, 2022, two Bertsch Moving employees stated that our goods would be found or reimbursed in full. The items were not found. (See: "Claim") On November 15th a Bertsch employee said that irregularities existed in the Bertsch warehouse, evidently negligence issues which the employee claimed were addressed later on, but that must have effected our loss at the time, thus terms/conditions of any Bertsch document regarding is void /invalid due to negligence on the part of Bertsch Moving. On December 15, 2022 we received notice from the insurance adjuster ******** contractor to ************************, **************************, that the Bertsch Moving insurer is no longer handling our claim, with no reason given. Italian marble dining table top was crated / insured to an expense of $683, at the insistence of Bertsch Moving. [See: Exhibit 2: "Estimate Order for Service"] Contents of the crate said to be insured to a maximum of $48,000. Kam of Bertsch Moving required us to pay for the crating/insurance regarding for same, and as such in good faith we reasonably claim a loss value of $954.1. (see: Exhibit 3) In good faith, invoice replacement cost of the mattress shown, which reasonably must be paid in full, noting a partial credit from Bertsch wrt $1000 already received. To settle in good faith, we will accept a consideration credit of $970 (outstanding cost for mattress cost see invoice) in addition to $954.51 for the marble table loss plus $275 cost of lost crate, plus $700 to cover all other losses and damages for a total amount of $2899.51 in lieu of any other consideration.
