    Bought a piece of farm machinery from this company. It doesnt work, they refuse to fix it and say they will call me back with answers and fix it but they never do. Worst company ever and I want my money back.

    Customer claims 25G manure spreader does not work properly. Support team has talked to this customer several times. He is very short and doesn't accept support teams feedback for repairs. Customer sent a video of how he thinks the machine should activate by raising the cam arm. the cam arm actually lowers into position to activate. He said he is going to have a welder fix it.

    Purchased an AGL 145 flail mower online and was delivered September 29th with visible damage to machine. Photos of damage was sent to company and they said they'd review. After additional inspection, a damaged hydraulic hose, cylinder and grease ****** was also identified and I informed the company. They offered to send paint and credit me $150. After 2 weeks, neither was done and I contacted my Discover Card. With significant damage to the machine, photos attached, the company would only offer return. After returning the machine due to damage, the company charged a 15% restocking fee and return shipment without discussing with me. I wanted this machine and only returned due to the company not willing to send replacement parts and credit to have those parts installed. The machine was never ********, never used. After receiving the machine, the company refunded $1411.61 and not the balance of $2990. Please help me recover the balance. This machine was damaged on arrival and they charged me restocking and delivery fees to return, to no fault of my own. I could not find a written policy about receiving damaged material.

    I bought a ****** DW30 wood chipper from ****** and used it 3 times for about 20 minutes each time. every time the 3 drive belts break. 0n friday August 19th 2022 I called ****** at ************ and talked with *****. I ordered 2 sets of belts (3 per set) and paid by credit card. I also asked him for tech support on why the belts keep breaking. He said they shouldn't but would check and get back to me. to date I don't have the belts nor has anyone got back to me. I have called back 6 times and there is no answer on their phone.

    Customer complaint says he did not receive belts, and could not make contact with Betstco. Customer did call three times after the belts were sent before they were delivered, and spoke with a representative each time, we advised the customer to check the belts tension is set to proper tightness, once new belts arrive. Each call was before ****, I attached a photo of the phone log showing dates, times, duration of call, and which representative he spoke with. On 8-29-2022 we received this complaint and called the customer right away. ******** says he did in fact receive these belts, ****-2022. I have attached the proof of delivery to this notice. We have advised the customer to send us pictures of his machine at specific parts so that we can better assist him with diagnosing why his machine may be breaking belts.
