    Whites collision services I took my Dodge Durango 2018 it in to be fixed after a minor car accident and theyve done nothing but give me the runaround first they didnt put on the panel right the side panel that got hit and you could see my bumper clips and the panel it wasnt flush with the hood eventually yes they fixed that piece but what they are refusing to fix to which they did do is they broke the skirt on my truck. That runs along the side of the driver side door and passenger side door they do not want to pay for it even though they broke it and they also broke the hinge to my driver side door trying to forcefully push in the skirt. Ive physically watched them do this! They broke for clips on that skirt and The driver side door hinge refusing to fix either or! I have taken it to four different people another autobody shop 2 mechanics and the ***** dealership itself, and they also said the same thing. The only way you can break is six-year-old trucks door hinge is by you forcefully pushing on it. They have done nothing but give me the runaround. They didnt even offer me an apology or even to make it right. The owner had a smirk on his face And refused to help fix the situation he should be embarrassed by the craftsmanship that He and his team! I was even told by managers that after an accident, it doesnt look perfect. I called bull! As of right now, white collision is trying to make my insurance pay for the skirt that they broke! My insurance is doing an investigation due to fraud! I would like them to replace the skirt that they broke and fix my door hing that they also broke! My truck door was just fine before they got it. I have several witnesses from family and friends who saw my truck before. It was in the hands of whites collision. My door was just fine.
