      The Car Doctor has updated their website since I filed a complaint which is good for future clients, but I would still like to get reimbursed, since it was not disclosed upfront. I specifically asked how much I would be charged and I was told I wouldnt be charged anything until a full diagnostic was completed and I went through the entire report and signed off on the work to be completed. Thank you. code. He then tried to turn the motor over, crankshaft was turning but camshaft was not. He declared catastrophic engine and nothing more was done. He did not remove the valve cover to see why the camshaft was not moving. He said he didnt work on mini coopers except to install a new motor. My husband asked for a copy of the diagnostic report and was told it would be emailed to him which it wasnt. He was charged $269.93 for labor and $21.59 for parts. When he got home, I explained what was communicated to me on the phone. I went in the next day to discuss what I was charged for and why I was charged $300 when that wasnt communicated to me upfront. I was told that I was charged labor for the hour and a half that the car was on the battery charger. Frustrated, I asked to speak with the owner and was told he is on vacation until Tuesday. I asked to have him call me. I called Tuesday, Friday, Monday, without a call back. Called following Tuesday, *******************, owner, said he would not reimburse me.
