    Terrible person Terrible business ~ Rented from ******************* at ************************************** ****** and he entered my apartment four times without permission, dumped trash in my living room, tried to get money for replacing the toilet that was broken when I moved in, had no heat for three weeks, he complained about window condensation and was a complete slum lord. I had the apartment professionally cleaned when I left at the end of my one year lease and he kept half my security deposit for repairs and cleaning when there was none to be done. ***** broke three times in one year and he would fix a section but not the whole thing. Laundry room walls had rotted dry wall and gaping holes. My apartment was ***** and he blamed me for it and demanded to have the serial numbers and model numbers of the dehumidifiers I bought to try and keep the mold at bay. He gave me an eviction notice for not being able to come in the apartment one day when I wasnt there because I was at work and had no knowledge of a supposed home inspection. Worst landlord of my life ~ DONT rent from him. Hes mean and unkind and uncaring. He sprays toxic chemicals around the apartment and I had to pay over $1600 in vet bills to get my three year old cat stable again. VERY grateful to move away ~ he even gave me a terrible reference when I always paid my rent ahead of time or on time. He is the absolute worst.
