    I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by the significant issues we have faced with this photographer's services. She has breached our contract and has not responded to any of our messages for months to get our wedding photos within the agreed-upon timeline. Despite our persistent efforts to address the situation, our attempts have been met with unsatisfactory responses and unfulfilled promises. This has led us to pursue legal action for breach of contract, as the lack of communication or a clear explanation for the delay has left us in a challenging position. We had made the difficult decision to forego alternative means of capturing our special day, and as a result of this failure, we are left without any documentation of our event. It is with a heavy heart that I share this experience in the sincere hope that others will not have to endure similar hardships. I recently voiced my concerns on 2/8/24 but she deleted all my comments. I will continue to raise awareness of this issue to protect others from encountering similar difficulties. I posted this on 2/9/24.

    We hired Rena Lee Photographer for a family reunion in August. She was unclear in confirming the arrangement and then arrived late. After the reunion, we heard nothing from her for almost four months, and then only responded after my daughter-in-law sent frequent emails. The photos, when we finally received them, were of very poor quality and poorly edited. My primary wish was a good group photo and a photo of my grandchildren. I got neither of these wishes. I would not recommend this photographer. Our experience was very poor.

    I had a HORRIFIC experience with *************** and her photography business. She was more than happy to schedule a time to shoot my photos, but had TONS of excuses about why she couldn't deliver my photos. Originally she told me that she would give me "sneak peaks" within a week. After I didn't hear from her for 2 weeks, I checked in with her and she said she would send the sneak peaks soon and my photos would be sent within 30 days of the photo shoot. Long story short, she never once reached out to me about my photos and I never received sneak peaks. Every time I spoke with her she had numerous excuses and promises of when the photos would arrive. When I demanded my money back, she promised to send me my photos that day. I never received them. I then saw numerous poor reviews about her on ******** from others claiming to never receive their photos despite paying in full in advance or it taking over a year and numerous demands to receive their photos. Because of this, I reached out to her AGAIN, and this time gave her a deadline of 7 days to either refund my money in full or provide my photos or I would file a small claims case against her. I think the fact that I'm an attorney (and she knows this) worked to my advantage because I received my photos within 48 hours. It was clear that none of the photos had been edited or retouched, so there was no reason for any delay. Despite this, the photos are very nice. But, I will never use her again and I would STRONGLY advise anyone against using her. There are TONS of ******** reviews against her stating she has taken other's money and refusing to provide their photos. Unfortunately, she takes people's money and then avoids actually delivering any photos. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from ***************.

    Absolutely horrible. Will take your money and not give you photos. Will lie and turn it on you by making ever excuse in the book. Save your money and stress. Absolutely a nightmare.
