      I had leased 2 100 Gallon propane cylinders from Thompson Gas in 2020. They were bought out by Propane Northwest, P.O. ****************************** telephone ************. We continued to do business with PropaneNorthwest. We sold our house in November of 2024 so I called them and told them we were moving please come pick up cylinders. They never called or came by to get the cylinders. We took one of the cylinders with us and have since paid them for that one cylinder $132.85. Propane Northwest/Thompson Gas have been billing us for 2 cylinders ever since we moved. We have called them several times to explain we do not have 2 cylinders only one, which we have paid them for. We only want to get a Paid In Full Invoice and for them to stop billing us for something we do not have. We called them before we moved and told them we were moving come get the Cylinders and they never came by to pick them up until January of 2025 after we moved out. Since we took one cylinder we paid for that one. Please help us they are billing us for something we do not have and now they're adding finance charges! We want a Paid In Full Invoice from them, and to close out our account like we told them back in November of 2024. Thank you.

      Customer was invoiced for cylinder that they took to their new home and for the second cylinder that was damaged beyond repair while under their lease.  Since customer paid for the cylinder that they kept last week on 3/17/2025 the final balance was cleared and the account was closed.
