      One star because zero stars is unavailable. We boarded our dog at this place and requested a specific service, which they failed to provide, but scheduled out dog for an activity we did not request. When we picked up our dog, he was injured and bleeding from three out of four paws. The staff was apathetic and refused to provide an email to contact the owner. Additionally, we requested an additional morning meal on the day of pick, and no one could definitively tell ** if the meal was provided. Our dog was there for seven days and we have no idea how long he was bleeding, but the wounds were still bleeding inside of our car. we have photos of the wounds, but we are unable to upload them to this site. If you love your pet, keep them away from the incompetent, completely inept staff at this facility, or your pet might receive an injury it can't walk away from.

      To whom it may concern,

      We received your complaint dated 4/21/2023 regarding an unsatisfied customer. We take customer satisfaction seriously and would like to address your concerns.We have investigated the matter and believe that it was appropriately addressed with our customer. The manager at ********************** spoke with this customer and explained that his dog's nail was bleeding due to it previously being "quicked" (nail wound) due to the dog's playful behavior. It had started the healing process, but when the dog ran out to his pet parents at time of departure, his nail wound was re-opened due to him running on concrete. We are extremely confident their dog was not bleeding for an undetermined amount of time as there was no blood in his kennel where he was staying. We take every precaution in order to have a safe kennel environment. With that being said, there are dogs who do play rough, specifically younger high-energy breeds like this dog, and small wounds or cuts do happen. We train our staff to identity any wounds and treat them. Again, if this pup was bleeding, we would have seen it and taken care of him immediately. Per our boarding contract, we have the authority to change a pet's service or activity to fit the pet's needs and what they seem to like best. All services/activities are the same cost. In regards to the meal being provided, the dog was fed a morning meal and this was conveyed to the owner.
