    I placed an order for soaps on December 7th. The website says that orders will be fulfilled within 7-10 days during holiday season. After a month, I reached out to the email on the website asking for a more realistic time expectation, and again after 3 months. The first email did not receive a response and the second did not even go through, so I waited more and then reached out on Instagram. I was charged for the order but I have still not heard back on Instagram, by email, or received any updates about my order since confirmation. I do not know how else to contact her or what to expect for my order. I feel like my time and money is not being respected here as the expectation was set when I placed the order and even though I've already paid for the products, she has not communicated with me about that changing as my order still has not been fulfilled and it is now March 9th. I don't know if it has been lost in a pile of orders, delayed for a product-specific reason, if she is going through something personal, or if she just took my money and blocked my email or something, I have no idea. I would be amenable to receiving the products as a resolution if they are in the fulfillment process, but I would prefer a refund.

    The date of the transaction is May 4th, 2023.I paid around 100 dollars to the business.I ordered soap and was promised a two week delivery ti****t is now February 21st, 2024 and I've not received my order or a refund despite a lot of correspondence with the company owner and her promising me that she would get the order to **** asked for a refund instead of the order on February 4th, 2024. The owner ignored this request and instead said she would just send the order then blocked me on the app we were corresponding on. So now I've not been able to contact her about my order or a refund. I've asked for tracking numbers and all she has provided me is tracking numbers that don't actually work. The order number is #***.I have all of our conversations saved and can provide the many times I've asked for my order and a refund. At this point, the owner has blocked me on ******** and Instagram so I can no longer try and get my order or a refund.
