The owner stated he used all our wedding funds on personal debts owed and seeks empathy about his son being in rehab (none of our business, but owner expressed to me and my disabled veteran fiance) and will not give an exact time-frame of refund amount and refuses to sign a repayment agreement.Although on 3/15/24 he stated he will refund the entire 5000 because the event was canceled in a reasonable amount of time.We are having to call him every two weeks to ask when he will pay the balance owed and the owner will not give a clear answer.He has only provided ******* of the ******* owed as of 4/9/24 We hope this situation never happens to anyone further and all we ask is our refund in a reasonable amount of time by end of May.Note: my phone is not allowing me to attach support docs.
