      I bought chief ****** and son in July 2015 and paid in full 2016. The sculpture was still in the clay state. As time progressed I went to the facility, wrote 2 letters, was told covid delayed the work, and then had no way to email or a phone number after they left soap lake.. I went to enterprise April 2024 and the museum did not open as stated. I got a museum phone number and left a message. *** will not answer correspondents or return my call. My statue is 21 of 100. Thank you

      I'm filing this complaint on behalf of my parents. They ordered a bronze statue, and paid in full to the tune of nearly $10,000, back in 2017. They have not received their order. In the years since, they have received zero communication from the artist, and no status updates on their piece. Their order was originally scheduled to have been completed BEFORE covid started. They have yet to receive what they paid for, and the company is either unable or unwilling to respond personally regarding resolution of this issue. Ultimately, they would like to receive the piece they paid for, however, if that is not possible, they would like a full refund. At least one other party has contacted them about a class action law-suit, but at that time they did not feel comfortable being involved. However, they are now considering legal action. These people are committing fraud, and need to be held accountable.

      A friend and I both purchased a sculpture from ***** and *** Manuel in spring of 2019 which we never received. I had contacted *** several times by phone and text. We told her about our purchase and she said she would check on it for us and take care of it. This last April I contacted *** again by text, she replied showing a photo of the sculpture and asked if this was the one. I replied yes. That was the last I heard from her I sent them a certified letter on July 11 asking them to call us as soon as possible and never heard from them. They never responded to that letter explaining that we had waited 5 years for the sculpture and because of the horrible communication we wanted all of our money back.The communication with ***** and *** has been intolerable.

      On 9/21/19 we took our bronze statue (The Dandy) to Hot Lake Spring where *********** Manual lived before moving to Enterprise, OR to trade for two other Statues ************** Young to die). We were told that the casting of these two statues would be completed in 2020. In the meantime, Covid hit, and the company moved from *********, OR to Enterprise, **. We had been in contact with the company until March 2022 they said our statues would be ready soon. We were able to contact someone from the company in Aug 2022 and she was giving us excuses which were different from what the owner was telling us. Since then, we have not had any real communication from the company except mass e-mails to everyone that does not give a whole lot of info. We have been told, by e-mail, that the company has re-opened. Tried calling but only get an old voice mail that says to text them. We live in northwest ********** and are not close enough to just go there. Don't know if BBB can help but we are trying anything at this point. We would like the company to either return the traded statue, the Appraised value ($29,950.00) or give us the 2 statues they promised us.

      January 2018 paid in full for the "Follow the Buffalo" bronze. As we were told they could not start the process untill it was paid for. Promised to receive 6 months to a year. After 5 years of trying to get an update on delivery, we are at our wit's end. Only communication allowed is via text, Went to business, appears to be closed. Voicemail message is old, stating it would be open in spring of 2022. . . Multiple promises to receive bronze with no luck. Sent certified letter to 3 addresses requesting a refund. One was picked up/signed for, from the post office. Still no communication. Feels like a scam of ******* for a product they don't want to deliver.

      Registered letter in March 2023. Three letters sent, one to place of business, one to the **** box.  One to Registered Agent.  NO response.

      Have proof from **** regarding signing for letter.  NO response.

      NO communication from Manuel Bronze.
