    I am a veteran who is unfortunately awaiting care through the VA, so I am paying for treatment out of pocket. I work for the forest service as a Wildland firefighter and I am usually paid early on Fridays. I did not see my check by noon, and my appointment was at 2:15. I called right away to let anjuna know that I didnt have any money, less than 20 dollars in my account. Unfortunately they still charged me the 75 dollar cancellation fee and ******** my account. I understand policy is policy, however given the circumstances and my situation I feel like they could have been more understanding. I guess the company doesnt care about its patients, just the bottom dollar. I really wanted to go to my appointment too, I have herniated discs from an injury sustained while deployed that has been severely bothering me. I will take my business elsewhere next time and recommend you do the same

    Thank you for bringing **************************** complaint to our attention. While we regret any upset caused, it's important to clarify the situation from our clinic's perspective.
    ************************ agreed to our No Show/Same Day Cancellation policy when he booked an appointment through our online portal. This policy, crucial for our clinic's operations, was unfortunately invoked when ************************ canceled his appointment on short notice, leading to a $75 cancellation fee. Following this, ************************ expressed his dissatisfaction through a public review and subsequent emails. Our response has been consistent with our policy, which applies equally to all clients to ensure fairness and manage clinic availability.


    We understand that cancellations can be frustrating, but these policies are in place to support the health of our clinic and the availability of our services to all clients. We are always here to discuss any concerns or questions you or ************************ may have about our policies and decisions.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I called their office multiple times 48 and 24 hours before my appointment and had nobody answer the phone. I left voicemails and still nobody returned my call. Their tactic is to ignore the customers and charge them the cancellation fee. I want a refund.
