      I ordered this product 9 months ago for $400 , had problems with lights failing so I ordered another set of 5 for another $125 because that's the only option on the website nonetheless I had no idea I had a year warranty on the first set because the website doesn't specify that but I had reached out to the company after the second set had failed after just a month they had sent me another set claiming they were tested and yet they failed also so there for I'm on my third set , I emailed them numerous times requesting an explanation I even suggested several scenarios of why and they denied them so now I'm just asking for my money back and yet to get a response even after being blocked on social media and other platforms .. I just want reimbursed because now I have to pay to have them removed

      I submitted an order to the company and immediately emailed them to cancel the order. After several sarcastic emails in response they shipped the product anyway. When I contacted them they said I can use them 30 days. I just want a refund. I have not opened the package yet and I cant get a return label. This cost me $400 and Im afraid to just return to sender and hope for the best. Help me please.
