    I gave ***** a huge check back in Dec 2022/Jan 2023 for a deposit for cabinets and he has yet to produce anything. I asked for a refund and he said he didnt have my money anymore. He then asked for another chunk of money in May to get them done and now in July has left me wondering if I am even going to get any cabinets. He has not made or installed any cabinets and everyone is waiting and has been waiting for months.

    Weve had regular communicationshe has moved her original dates..which overlapped with other jobs. She knew this and just isnt happy that i cant just start hers immediately. Shes been dealing with HOA for months! And the the last $2,500 she gave me from original contract pricewas a negotiation..she wanted to add cabinets and i needed to oay some bills. So i agreed to do EXTRA cabinets at NO CHARGE if I got a progress payment. Her timeline changed and my schedule didnt fit her NEW TIMELINE!! So she put a complaint her and put my personal business out on social media and bashed my business(es) names. Im no longer a contractor!!! So she accused me if changing my business name to fool my customers! NO, Im strictly a cabinet supply shop now. Shes picking up her Island and oven wall/refrigerator cabinets tomorrow! August 4thSince, shes chose to attack/bash me personally and now involving my personal life and child custody issues i shared. The other day I refused to spend one more minute and seize working anymore on her project until she removed these negative posts! It cost her another 3days. When I gave her possible timelines vs strict timelines she wanted. I couldnt at that time give her an exact date. Im a one man shopNot every day is highly productive, HIGH TEMPERATURES, and juggling my day. Unfortunately, my day(s) dont revolve just around her project. Ive been VERY open about busy, hectic and tight schedule.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    He continues to make excuses about why he doesnt have any cabinets done.  All of his statements in his response are again all excuses and made up.  I am tired of dealing with his emotional abuse and lack of integrity to finish my cabinets.  

    I do everything he has asked of me and I still get nothing in return.  I gave him extra money after he lied and said the cabinets I wanted werent in the the original estimate but I found out it was so I gave him extra money for no reason.  

    I thought I would have gotten at least what was promised in his response (Aug 4th date) but nope.  All I got was more excuses!  

    I will be seeking an attorney.

    Im working on their project. She can deny parts of her and my story all she wants!! I told her if she decided to go to social media again and bash me and my business (by name!) and mention my personal life and situations.. I told her in passing and i thought in confidence and or threatening me AGAIN with a lawyer?
    I woukd STOP working on her cabinets immediately !!! Which makes 0 sense to me. Ive bought their materials. Put in almost 2weeks time (starting/stopping)..I still have bills to cover! To fulfill my obligationsI havent had ANY COMPLAINTS in almost 27yrs until covid and the hangover from it..among many other personal hurdles!! Ive been up front and honest with my timeline and struggles..Not EXCUSES!!! They just dont like true deadlines. So I TRY fitting in their jobThey want me to spend money I dont have to hire labor? I didnt charge them for anything but my time. I said, i could hire help if they wanted to pay for additional help? They refused..Ive already subbed some items out (Doors/Sanding) to speed up some of my time. Part of what theyre getting is added items to the back of their island! Im afraid even after I follow through. They will refuse to pay me? In the middle of the job after contractors contracts ALL went OVER BUDGETShe tried backing out!!! All i see is her using this as a tactic to try and get $$ back to cover her butt/finances!

    He yet has given us any cabinets.  He promised July 28th and has now stopped communicating any status updates to us. 

    I even asked to come just get the raw materials he bought for my house cabinets and he denied that as well.  

    He has nothing to give me cabinets or money.  He doesnt communicate a timeline and only has excuses.

    Ive sent pics here. All they do is threaten. *** asked numerous times if they were going through with their threats for litigation OR they going to let me do my job? Im not giving them RAW materials? Ive bought, stored, spent hours and money..Im more than HAPPY to finish the job. If they can stop being wishy washy! Either i do the job to equal payments up to now. Or they take the long messy road? Its easier if they would just commit so i can have confidence in finishing what I already started. Im not wasting anymore of my time until then.

    We have never NOT wanted cabinets.  ***** continues to act like we are wishy washy but he is the one not meeting deadlines and being wishy washy about getting any cabinet done.  Not once has he given us any cabinet after promising to be done with at least the island.its been weeks now and still nothing.
