    I purchased the travel trailer in August 24, 2023, including the extended warranty. I went to the dealership December 21, 2023 and cancelled the extended warranty. Ive been in constant communication with the dealership, specifically talking with ****. Its been close to 4 months, and still have not received my refund, which should go to Oregon ******************* to be posted to my loan account.

    Researched and decided to purchase a brand new 2024 Black Series HQ15 from Kamper Korner on October 9th, 2023. Paid cash $36,210.63 in full. Had the unit flat bedded to CT from ****** by a transport service. Had a decent experience throughout the sales and purchase process. They even did a virtual walk-thru and quick "How to" video series for us. Upon delivery and inspection, we found that there was no Certificate of Origin or MSO. We can not register the unit without this paper. Contacted ** only to be told that it would be coming in the mail soon, but it never did. Missed one scheduled camping trip in late November. Since October, I continue to call to be given the run around that the manufacturer is difficult to get parts/information from and that they will have the ** owner reach out to the Black Series owner to coordinate and deliver the document with a tracking number. I have been pleasant and patient, but we are entering 6 months without any results. No MSO means our next trip in ***** will also need to be canceled despite our deposit for the camp site. I continue to reach out to ask what is going on, and have learned that there is one other Black Series customer who is also in the same situation. I was informed that the Black Series units are on consignment so when they are paid in full, the certificate is then generated. We paid for ****** early October, and still have no paper. If this weren't enough, the new 2024 unit we purchased is actually a refurbished older model. The exterior wear and tear, wires, cables, panels, frame, batteries (dated 2022), etc. give it away. The only new exterior item was the *** plate which was freshly fastened to the frame. Our request is for the certificate of origin so we can actually use this RV. Spring is almost here and at this point, we can't book ahead for any trips since our RV is un-registered until we get this important document. Any information on how to move forward would be greatly appreciated.

    My understanding is that you have now received your MSO, and can register your new travel trailer.  If not, or if there are any other issues that need to be addressed, please let us know!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It took 6 months to receive the documentation, but we did indeed, finally receive it.
