This business attempted to steal my catalytic converters after I told them to put them in my trunk, I had to ask for them upon completion of my car and was told they had been misplaced after awhile they found them and gave them to me. Which I then recycled for $450, I had to return to this business on 3 separate occasions to have the work they performed fixed. On the last visit the shop owner attempted to charge me $540 more dollars on top of the $1800 I have already paid him to complete an adjustment his techs had made a mistake and my turbo was loose and shifted. He claimed that it was because of me putting on a exhaust moved my turbo but it did not, also when he bolted my downpipe to the stock catback exhaust there was an adapter gasket which was needed to be used to complete the job correctly, he and his team failed to use it. He told me the only way he would fix the turbo and boost leak he caused was to pay him an additional $540 dollars. He used a intercooler that required modifying to fit and he claimed he didnt do anything that would affect my cars drivability, the intercooler was rubbing up against my clutch cylinder and caused my car to not engage the clutch properly making my car operate horribly, when I returned the first time they had me return the next day because they couldnt get the intercooler to fit right they rushed the process the next day adjusting the intercooler and sending me on my way. Only to have the issue persist, and now they claim the turbo shifted on its own or I moved it when I was doing the exhaust which I did not.

Mr. ******* received his used parts, there was no attempt to steal them as the mechanics are trained not to put used parts in a customer's car unless told by office personnel. This is our procedure.
Mr. Navraez was also on a budget and he consistently asked via text as in person to work out some kind of deal. He has taken his car to 2 other shops to have work done and changed his exhaust which caused his turbo to shift hitting his intercooler.  We already fixed this prior to him changing his exhaust. When he changed his exhaust it happened again.  This would be a charge to fix it, since he did work on his car himself.  He did offer to pay $400 for the repair (we would get a 5 star review).  This was the 3rd time he asked me to lower our shop rate so he could have work done at our shop.  I told him he had to leave and go elsewhere because I will not pay our mechanics less, so he could have work done. He kept saying in text he would give us a five star review, but as soon as I would not give him a deal on the work, he immediately gave us a 1 star review.

I am rejecting this response because:

The car had problems the second I pulled the car out of the shop after it was paid, the intercooler was not mounted and ordered correctly. I had to come back and have a used part put on my car to go home and come back another day to have it fixed. He repeatedly says I have been asking for a deal, when in fact he is charging unreasonable prices for unprofessional quality and work the only reason I brought my car there was because I had work and a tune preformed before by the previous owner **** who was great. **** is a horrible owner/operator he insulted my car and has accused me asking for a deal when I just want my car and myself to be treated with respect. Ever since he has taken ownership of *** everybody in the Oregon car community knows to stay away from his shop because of the outrageous prices and poor customer service and quality of work. He insists that I moved that turbo when I did not, he also installed the downpipe he put on my car improperly as well not utilizing an adapter gasket as he should have. I had to fix the job I paid him to do, and some how he claims I moved the turbo and the car went to two other shops. It did not. He is single handily the worst business owner I have ever met. I will continue to post reviews under his business until I am refunded in full for all the time I wasted at this shop. He continues to insist I dont have money or cant afford the work which is far from accurate, I would like the BBB to do everything they can to insure I receive I refund in full for the amount I have paid parts included for all the time I wasted at this shop.

    Sincerely,

    **** *******

I was quoted $400-600 to have my car dyno and tuned. They installed improper software on my system. Installed incorrect parts even when given the correct part numbers. Refused to give vehicle back without the higher payment. When contacted by my wife they originally agreed that they would redo everything and issue a partial refund. When she insisted that they installed the correct software back on the car and used it he became insistent onusing the incorrect and told her to not contact again. Waited patiently for the partial refund still and have not received anything. Never an apology or anything. I am filing a claim through my card issuer now as I can not even drive the car at all and will have to pay another shop to fix what they broke. My car was completely drivable and usable before they touched it. They made comments about amazing a car that still runs after dyno and when forced to make higher payment they made comments about "better hope you have enough money". To summarize: wiped correct software and installed incorrect software, installed incorrect parts when correct parts information was given, promised to fix and redo plus partial refund until insisted use of correct software then told not to contact again, over charged for service and never gave the agreed amount back. Have multiple text messages with owner stating what I have stated as well
