    I have tried several times to get a receipt that shows the amount of deposit $50, additional amount paid $130 + the total charged $180 several times. This is what is always expected in a billing and what is needed for taxes. Even after leaving a ****** review posting the same attachments as I have here below, he refuses to send me a more accurate bill.

    We charged the correct value and the customer is complaining that we didn't send one invoice with all the charges. he received both receipts and the initial invoice. all changes made were reflected on the final charge. move cleans have a lot of items to it. removing certain things such as a bathroom or a a floor doesn't change what the service is. As such, we don't send a new invoice or price structure. we just update it on the final charge. the correct amount was billed and he was given the correct information to them. 

     

    the attachments will show the charged amounts, the initial invoice, us sending another invoice with the line items having the value (the invoice itself can't as we will show 2 debit entries).

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Now you have provided a third document that does tie the first two together as being one job (after more than a month), instead of giving a single final billing that includes both the initial deposit, final payment and total amount like every other business in the world. I have learned that your program Stripe does this - you should learn how to use it!
