      I purchased a ************** Tracktor 3020E series a month ago for $42k and change.. It was delivered no problems, works great. I did this entire transaction by Email because I have PTSD from my 20yrs military service and I don't like going out in public much any more or dealing with people. I developed anxiety/anger issues and start getting Closter phobic and ******************* if i'm around a lot of people. On 5/10/25, I contacted my sales *** requesting a payment due date change to reflect the 1-3 of every month rather than the 15th. Prior to this though I attempted to get this done via email and the incompetnce of the person I talked with on the phone sent me a file I couldn't access. On 5/10/25 at approx. 4pm I attempted to call the toll free number and business was closed. I contacted my sales *** about this.. and she said..she would attempt to help. She tried but she sent me information, guiding me to a website to create an account..great only problem is it was asking me for a FINANCIAL NUMBER I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE IN THE MAIL. Again contacted sales *** saying they haven't sent the required information. It's been over a month and nothing. I attempted to call On monday, 5/12/25. No one picked up the phone. I called on 5/13/25, I got an automated operator/Indian speaking person/Indian speaking person. Three security check points and on a RECORDED LINE I have to give out personal information to people from ***** not speaking English makes me feel like this might be scamers. Then I get told I will be sent paperwork to check a box and send it back? *** I can buy a $42k Tractor sight unseen paperwork via email.. But I can't get a simple PAYMENT DATE CHANGED OVER THE PHONE? Not only is this garbage customer service but it's raced my anxiety through the roof. THIS IS WHY I DON"T ENGAGE WITH PEOPLE... The stupidity of how c*** is handled. I try to lead a calm peaceful life and I have to deal with this trash.
