March 25 I paid this company to transport a dog from *************, ** to ****, ** I was told to pay through this site:**************************************** My payment would not go through. I was told to use Pay Pal friends and family only. I had to pay $1000 and once that cleared pay another $800. I would receive a refund of both once as I received the dog as this was insurance. I asked for a written policy and was not provided one only an email from *********************** I paid the $1000 and then received an email to send the $800. I couldn't. I found out 3 hours of searching later that Pay Pal security had frozen my account. There had been 9 attempts to my account from a 'unknown device'. I went on the website and tried to call the number listed. No call went through. I contacted ******** and asked for the refund as I found the dog breeder just kept asking for more and more money and would not let me personally pick up the dog. I felt I had been scammed. I stated that I would no longer be transporting the dog. This was his response: 'your money is fully refundable and once puppy is deliver thats our agreement this an agency.' So since I am not getting the dog he is saying I do not get my money refunded. My credit card company cannot help until the payment is posted but they have started a file and I will contact them when it is no longer pending. Pay Pal cannot help as it was a payment through friends and family and I had no purchase protection. I just want my $1000 refunded as I have no dog and there was no transport. Thank you

This has NOT been resolved.  *********** still wants me to send $800 through an unsecured site, Pay Pal family and friends.

I received a fraud alert from my Citi credit card, which is also attached to my Pay Pal account.  Just after the $1029.30 payment had been made there was attempt on this credit card for $1029.30 to *******. There was also a large purchase plan scheduled for March 25 - 27.  I did not authorize either of these.  I remove the credit card from Pay Pal and the Citi fraud department denied those charges, had me destroy my credit card and are in the process of issuing me a new card.

Today, March 28 I contacted my *********** credit card to dispute the $309 charge to the breeder and the $1029.30 payment to the transport company.  I have another $800 charge that I cannot dispute at this time as it is still pending.  I can challenge once it posts.  The representative informed me that minutes after I had posted the $1029.30 on Pay Pal there were NUMEROUS attempts on my card. A large one was to a clothing company and a large one to what looked to be a gambling establishment as well as others.  *********** denied those charges as they were flagged as suspicious and I have security protocols in place. The representative instructed me to destroy my card and a new one would be issued.  They also temporarily credited my account for both the $309 and the $029.30 - attachments added.  My *********** credit card has been removed from my Pay Pal account.  Under advisement I also printed the 64 emails to the transport company, blocked their email address, phone calls and text messages.
