      Lost my cell phone at the ********* ********** location on 03/05/2024 Right before noon time and almost had to get police involved to get it back custom service was extremely rude .I am almost 56 years old and a bi Mart member for years this treatment is not acceptable and she should be fired.

      I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the neck massager that you purchased.  I would be frustrated too if it did not charge.  I encourage you to return it to the store that you purchased it at for an exchange or refund.  We would like to make this right for you.
