    Absolutely awful experiences every time. The medical staff are not in question here but everything else is. Even with multiple necessary visits this medical group's headquarters looks good but is ran poorly, period. The reception staff are unempathetic, ignorant & can't seem to bother to do their jobs with the slightest bit of care or interest. That never changed over the course of my few visits for various injuries from life or work. I checked in at my most recent appointment and the receptionist proceeded to tell me I'm good to go, as I arrived fairly early. Almost 2 hours later I was told by that same receptionist that it's not her job to check me into my app. I told her kindly that I asked about insurance and checked in with her for my app. She told me I need to fill out paperwork and that "it's not my job to make sure you check in for your appointment". - Well, you help people with appointments get checked in for their appointment, that is your exact job lady. I've been to this facility before and I have clear insurance, everything checked out but she did not do her job, yet told me she did then proceeded to make it my problem, she could see me in the lobby waiting, even looked at me multiple times but never once did any action to let me know I missed my appointment even though she herself told me I was good to go. After trying to explain this in a fashionable argument I ended up speaking a little more firmly and the managing receptionist essentially told me they'd reschedule me. I called the facility a while later to reschedule and they told me I am no longer allowed to be seen there. This is disgusting & I'll be proceeding with more action necessary to ensure that s*** medical group finds it way to treating people with necessity of medical assitance properly. If you're located in the ******, ****** area and are looking for a medical group of any kind. This is definitely not the place to go to, you'll be treated well if you're Caucasian & wealthy. Canceled.
