  Oakway Fiit and their associated company *** Fitness Solutions has committed fraud. I have never had a stand alone membership. I was under my mother's family plan and upon her cancelling the membership they decided to steal my mother's bank account information and open an account without my, or my mother's, knowledge under my name. They committed to fraudulently charge her using my name for an account that never should have existed. The company would call and send me letters saying I needed to pay. I provided proof and disputed these charges. I was told by management at OakwayFiit that the problem would be resolved. Information was provided to *** Fitness Solutions. I believed the problem had been resolved and did not hear anything back until I recently received a collections notice in the mail for $213.50. I believe a crime has been committed here. They essentially stole information and used it without authorization. This company and any associated with them should be investigated. Upon reading some of the other reviews on this forum I see I am not the only one that has had this happen.

  My membership dues were $15 per month due on the 26th of the month. On March 26th they increased my dues to $18 per month with no written notice. On May 26th they withdrew my dues of $18, On June 1st, 5 DAYS Later, they withdrew $62 (unauthorized date and amount). On July 1st they withdrew another $82 (unauthorized date and amount) ******** Health Club closed their *********************************** locations June 2023 giving their members 4 days notice and transferring memberships to Oakway, a club I have NEVER been to. We have given written notice to cancel in June but they refuse to respond and are billing unauthorized amounts from my account.
