    The owner was incredibly nice until I had a farrier come out and then she did a complete personality switch. She was rude to the farrier and nasty to me. I was dumbfounded because she had been so helpful and pleasant, but I couldnt move my horse fast enough. When I told her I was moving (she had me pay 1st and last months board so she got my $450) she again was nasty and condescending via text. I didnt want to talk to her by phone, afraid of how she would treat me. No one should be treated this way, especially by a business owner!

    The owner of this facility is insane and loves drama. She only takes cash and does not provide a boarding contract or barn rules. She can then change whatever she wants and if you disagree, she will give you a 30day or 24hour notice. She has been known to lock the gate and chain horses in their stalls if SHE feels you owe her money. The facility is beautiful and location is great but not worth the stress. Your hay will disappear and she will swear she knows nothing about it. The boarding fees are expensive for the amount of care that is provided. Horses are not fed until after 10am and she does not want anyone on the property before 9am.

    Worst place possible in ******, DO NOT BOARD HERE You will regret it the woman who owns it is a nut case causes a lot of drama over your horse steals your hay to feed her horses . Your house will be sick constantly and she is mean to your animals when you are not around I Urge You..STAY AWAY
