      My service was activated with ******s Communication on 6/1/2022. ****** communication bought out XS Media who I was with previously. I do not want ****** communication service nor have I signed contracts with them. You look up service for my address area and ****** communication is not available in my service area. XS Media was 30mbps for &130 with unlimited downloads. ****** communications cheapest package is 500mbps for $59.99. Why am I paying $130 for 30mbps??? Ever since the switch, my internet got double nat and strict. I had nothing but issues and thats when I found XS Media had been dissolved. I called and told ************************** about the service being double nat and strict and told they did not know what to do and said they would call in a week to discuss fixing issue. I went to ****** communication site and saw the packages available and that service through ****** communication is not even available for my service address. I never registered with ****** communication and I never signed a contract either. I had a contract almost a year ago with XS Media that I let expire and changed month to month. I told ****** communication that I found a better service, and that they need to come pick up their equipment. That they cannot offer me any of their packages anyway. I was told that I had to give ****** communication 30 days notice. That I will be charged another $130 even though the equipment is disconnected. That if I receive a call before the 30 days and someone comes out and gets equipment. I would not be charged. I have not received any phone calls and been a few weeks. No schedule to pick up equipment like they said they would. Then being charged $130 for no internet and they do not offer internet service for my address area and being over charged big time when I look at ******s internet packages. I feel taken advantage of. I I have my last bill from XS Media June/aug. XS media is now ****** communication
