      On 2/15/25 i paid $5.25 in quarters for washer #**, didn't have the full amount ($5.75?) so pressed the button to get my quarters back but they wouldn't return so I paid with my debit card the full amount for the same machine and STILL didn't get a refund. On 2/20/25 called the business phone # (now apparently called JC Laundry) and "****" wouldn't issue a refund. Insisted I go back and submit a form under a door wasting a couple hours of my time for $6. Would not accept my email proof and photos. Also more importantly than the $6 I am owed back I want the machine fixed so other customers don't experience the issue. The machine needs to be fixed so it returns quarters inserted.
