    We bought an entire set of new professional series kitchen appliances in April. They delivered the refrigerator in early May and both doors were dented. The refrigerator was also installed incorrectly (tilting back about 2 inches). I contacted the sales **** ***** from the ****** store, while the installers were still there. He reassured that the doors would be ordered right then and the incorrect installation fixed. Here we are August 1 and it still is not fixed and still waiting for the doors. I had to contact them repeatedly about getting the rest of the appliances, micorwave, dishwasher and gas range. Finally in June the microwave was delivered. It arrived with a dented door also. AGAIN, the sales rep reassured me that it would be ordered and replaced. Six weeks later no replacement door for the microwave. AGAIN, I am tasked with following up because I have never, and I mean never, got a follow up text, call or email from them. So in July, 10 weeks after the original order they finally delivered and installed the dishwasher and gas range/cooktop. But when they were being installed we noticed that the new Frigidaire Professional Series in the 3 months from order and delivery of the $2500 refrigerator to the delivery of the dishwasher and range had changed the handles. Once again, the sales rep said he would take care of it. Today, August 1, almost a month after they were installed I asked about the handles and the sales rep said "he ordered them and he would check with the manufacturer". I would NEVER buy from ******* again. It was not any less expensive (and it was expensive) than the competition. And their service, support, follow up, have been terrible. I have not ruled out talking to a lawyer and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They still have not delivered two fridge doors and the microwave door.
