    I had to have imaging done due to an accident that caused disc tearing and protrusion back in January. The expense should've been covered under personal injury protection via my provider, I sent the bill to my *** examiner, explained the situation to one of the reps at McKenzie Medical Imaging and told them they would have to send my chart to the *** examiner, which never happened, and despite explaining the situation and the ball being in their court, they sent my bill to collections. So now, not only has this accident impacted my health and my career, it's now impacted my credit. These people don't care about circumstances or legal processthey just want their money.

    ******************* came to our office for some imaging on January 23rd of 2024 and again on April 1st.  He provided us with his medical insurance card and we sent a claim to that insurance company.

    They did process the claim and left him a balance.  We sent statements to him on February 14th, March 18th, April 19th and on May 22nd.  We then reached out to ******************* on May 23rd, but

    was only able to leave a message.  Due to no response from ******************* this claim was sent on to ******************* Services as a "pre collect" on June 4th.  Finally on June 5th we were contacted

    from his lawyers office and they were the ones to provide us with the auto insurance this claim was supposed to be sent to.  The account was pulled back from ******************* services on that same day

    and we have received payment from the auto insurance.  All this could have been avoided if ******************* had provided us with the proper insurance to bill.
