      I am receiving completely random collections calls from this company about a bill I never received. When I call (which I have done 5 times today, as well as multiple times last month), I am sent to voicemail after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. No one has returned my call. When i try to sign up for an online account, I am told my last name or zip code doesnt match what they have on file. This place is a scam. I want someone from the company to contact me immediately.

      Received a medical bill 3 years old. Read recently Synergy is an ************** that uses the regulatory practices in ***** & is ruthless when a bill comes due. They did that to me even after I sent them a copy of a letter to the American Medical Association that I sent requesting their help in resolving a 3 year old medical bill. I asked Synergy to put my bill on hold til the **** They sent my bill to collection less than 30 days due. Ruthless company. Stay away from these people.

      Please call the office and we would be happy to discuss your bill with you. Without any information I can't help to explain why it took a while to bill you. There could be serval reasons why it took so long, based on insurance billing, if this was truly our error we would like to resolve your bill.

      We are not an *************** we are a local company with local employees, no employees out of the country.

      I have been sent a bill. It says it is past due. I never received a bill previous to this one. Now they are goiing to put a service charge on it. I have called 13 times. No one answers the phone so I left messages with my account number and phone number. It has been over 2 weeks with no response. I do not know what the bill is for and if my insurance paid anything. I just want an itemized bill telling me what I am paying for.

      Our phone system is an automated phone system that will continue to ring until it reaches one of our employees who are free to answer the patients call. We have 12 employees on this phone system ready to answer calls, but you can press option "0" to leave a message with the receptionist, if patients don't want to stay hold. When our receptionist checks the messages, she will trans the call to one of the 12 employees. Per our records we have no messages left from patient until 11/27/2023. Our employee called patient back on 11/28/2023 they had to leave a message. On 11/29/2023 I received a message from patient, I called patient back and spoke with her. I explained to her the first statement was sent on 10/10/2023 and then another statement was sent on 11/07/2023 with the verbiage attached that the bill was past due. She asked for me to email her the first statement and I did that on 11/29/2023 at 3:56pm. I also let her know if she has any issues with our online bill pay, she can call my direct line that is on the bottom of the email, and I will help her.
