January 10, 2023 by sister, *********************** died. Her things were in storage unit. 1/22 I received an email from the manager No Iris That was not the deal !!!I informed you when a tenant passes away you are given a few days to remove their belongings. Not letting multiple people onto lot. I told you **** !!!That YOU !!! need to remove her belongings off site as relative claiming her Storage property, anyone else has no right to property, but you didnt even listen to what I said.I have let 6 different people pick through ******* belongings. Her contract terminated when she passed away. Unit rental date doesnt apply to letting who ever into her unit. We are done !! no one else will be allowed into unit . Im sorry you did not understand what I tried to explain multiple times. My Apologies Manager Big Y StorageI went there once and asked others to help me remove and sort belongs. They were denied access after a few days. My sister had paid through the month of January. Big Y also couldnt produce a signed contract from her, They sent me one that was unsigned, Separate from the loss of her things, this idea that when people die, their loved ones cant get their things isnt legal.

We would like my sister's things or money for them. They wouldn't allow us to clear out her storage. They are still sending bills to her and have even started sending late charge notifications.

********************* was given ample time remove her sisters belongings  more then 3 weeks to be precise as she said she lived in *******************, she was told from the first conversation that all items must be removed **** as the deceased's contract is canceled upon death, she was told in person when she showed up to retrieve her sisters belonging in a small 2 door car, That all Items need to be moved off property ASAP!!!!! . after more then 2 weeks of Iris allowing 7 different people, of which none were family relationship by their own account, I banned her from site as she never listened nor tried to remove items ( Garage sale) style 7 people pulled all that was left by her, pilfered through what they wanted then left. Only after I suspended the unit because of 7 people all none tenants that iris decided to allow access to storage lot, which is security risk to paying tenants

    Then !!!!  OOOH

my mothers remains are in the unit / there are no remains!  This is a CON !!!!!!

**** never read the contract nor even listened the multiple warning I gave her as to items need to be removed from property ASAP. she threatened us with a fake lawyer until I sent her a copy of the lease agreement ****** signed stating any that any law suite against Big Y Storage she would be paying for our lawyer fees upon judgement. she has no case I was more then generous with allowing her to come retrieve her sister's belonging . This was all because I  wouldn't transfer the unit to one of ******'s friends that had none of our rental requirements. I stated to ******************* take all of your sisters belongings which she just totally ignored

I am rejecting this response because much of the response is incorrect. My sister's name is not ******. Look through the records I sent of emails for her name. The contract I was emailed from the business was not signed by anyone. Please see the emails I sent, I was told I had 3 days to remove her things. I never said anyone's remains were in the unit.
