      I ordered a pair of glasses from this location on Dec. 16th. I was told at checkout that my cost for the glasses was $155.00 with my ***********pay. 2 weeks later I get my bank statement showing they charged me $555.00. I called them to cancel but was refused because the glasses were already made. I filed a claim on my ***** The claim was decided in their favor. The money was returned to them and a letter sent from ********** informing them the dispute was resolved, the case was closed and I have paid in full and have waited for the glasses for a month. After calling Rainbow Optics I was informed that they are in possession of the glasses but refuse to release them to me because I filed a claim and I have to wait another 30 days to receive them. How can they get away with this?

      Ordered glasses in November and Im still waiting. With repeated calls and inquiries they continue to lie to me promising my glasses soon. Many excuses but not delivering.
