    Had an eye exam. Given a prescription. Had it filled only to find out from an MD at the ***************** that they prescription was so far off. Sterling had me with a eye stigmatization. I don't have one. Paid for $600 in lens I can't wear. Have been trying to have **** *******, regional manager to address this issue. For over 14 days, numerous calls to Sterling to have Mr. ******* return my calls have gone unanswered. They misdiagnosed my eyes. Cost for exam came out of my pocket being on ******** with no eye vision coverage. All expenses are out of pocket. Senior citizen being taken advantage of.
