      Drain Raider came out to my property in late May. I paid a total of $20,000 up front. This company never applied for permits to get started on the work and this company is no licensed for septic work. I was notified by Lane County Environmental Specialist that the work had to stop due to the issues with this company. At this point no work is being done. I would like my money back to pay a licensed company to do the work.

      The complaint claim I submitted yesterday was supported and sent by my home insurance SefeCo's adjuster under my name *******************************. 

      After I received the forwarded email
      from the adjuster, I found some wrong information. 

      Drain Raider did the plumbing work and he is a licensed plumber.

      But the company don't have a license to replacing septic tank.

      I made a total $20000.00 deposit to
      property management company
      Clear & Concise PM because CCPM said Drain Raider is not going to do the work without having enough up front deposit.

       I have tenants for the house, so this is an emergency situation, so I made a deposit to get things done.

      But I am not sure CCPM already 
      paid out to Drain Raider or not yet. 

      So I am afraid that if Drain Raider 
      might get upset for the file description. 

      Still, I am complaining to the company that they did the work without license and permit. 

      Now I need to hire a different company to install required septic system called ATT(alternative treatment technology) which is estimated $25750.00 and more. 

      I deeply concern about how CCPM handled not making sure a license
      and permit issues. 

      Please advice me what's the right things to do to minimize my loss.
