      Today at the Sterling Management office in ********* I was treated with extreme rudeness. ***** was very dismissive and she didn't let me speak. She said you can close your eyes all you want. When I started to leave the other lady in the office threatened to call police. I was at their office because they keep trying to collect a late fee of 75 dollars from my mom who is ************************************************ **********. My mom also survived cancer, recently had surgery and yet the Sterling Management is extremely rude to her. Also the apartment my mom lives in had a fridge with a broken glass shelf and a clogged kitchen sink. Please how dare they ask for a late fee if they can not provide a functional apartment.
