      Not a great experience with the estimate, *********** emailed it with no details given but "clean gutters" when I asked for details he said it was in the estimate...But it wasn't.

      The proposal was emailed to clean out her gutters with the price to do that work and an option to clean out the gutters on the guest house. The proposal was an attachment in the email.

      Another call was made to the customer to check in with her since she still had questions about the estimate. The customer only wanted to be emailed with the information about the estimate to clean the gutters and explanation of what would be done for the basic bid price.

      There is not much more we could do for the customer since she did not want to take our calls to explain the estimate that was emailed to her.
