      The soles keep falling off my boots. Ive tried to glue them none of the glue sticks. Im really upset. I would like for you to sendme some glue. That will keep my boots intact or replace them with a period that the souls dont fall off.

      Attached is the entire dialogue between ****** ********* and our customer care team. He reached out at ******, January 24th showing pictures of his sole separating from the boot and asking us for a new pair or glue to re-glue the shoes. At 11:08am, January 24th, we replied with our warranty information and form. He replied at 2:01pm, January 24th stating he sent pictures in his first email and posted them to our ******** page. He then sent an email at 9:08pm stating he was not able to submit the claim successfully and that he contacted attorney general and BBB. Back in the office on Monday Januar27th, at 8:32am I replied to his email informing him we need more information than the picture of the damaged boot and he can reply with that information by email if unable to use the warranty form. At 8:46am, He stated he doesn't know when they were purchased as they were a christmas gift. I replied at 8:49am stating he can put the place of purchase a gift but we would still need his name and address, when he received them as a gift, and a picture of the stamp inside the boot.

      As soon as we have the information we need from ******, we can process a warranty claim.

      i purchased a pair of boots from the online shop and immediately started recieving numerous SPAM emails for review requests, marketing ads, etc. i have unsubscribed multiple times via the 'usubscribe tab' , email, and phone yet i still recieve the same emails numerous times a week. i have asked them to remove my information from their system and they refuse to cooperate. please help me get them to remove my address and stop harrassing me with these marketing emails.

      12/11/22 I ordered 1 pair of shoes and 1 pair of kids boots. I paid $85 for the Classic ll Texture Solid Kids Insulated Rainboots that he requested for Christmas. He wont wear due to stains. The Rainboots arrived with stains on medial and lateral sides of center top part of both boots and material top part is not washable. And the stains are yellowish brown- ***** and harmful looking! Gross looking!! Bogs is aware and has not offered to do anything.

      I assure you we don't find this funny. It is our standard email for a return label. However, it is no longer necessary to return the boots. You may throw them away if they arrived in the manner you described. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know whether you would like a refund or new pair sent out.

      I will ask his Mom what she wants to do- But she probably wont trust anything else arriving from your company. I told her about the stains- she was thinking maybe something minor not harmful to health and said just wrap them cause he asked you to get them and knew I didnt have time to return before Christmas.

      I am rejecting this response because: They did receive my message, and I cant afford to keep dealing with them.

      I have paid for 2 pair of boots now. One pair cant be used and the other pair, I did receive, but have not opened the package yet. 
      it doesnt matter what that pair looks like, please drop the issue, because I can not afford to keep paying for the same pair of boots. I wanted to respond because they lied about not receiving my response and have charged me twice for the same pair of boots. But its not a lot of money at this point, but looks like continuing this complaint will just continue to cost me more money. I dont want any more dealings with them.
