  Our representative was amazing to work with. He made it incredibly easy to get our supplies and made sure we had everything we needed for our upcoming recruitment!

  This company is dishonest and manipulates to make sales. A sales rep. contacted our president acting as if these products were free and sponsored by our nationals. He then contacted our VPF saying that this purchase had been approved by the president. When the two officers communicated, the president said sure thinking the purchase was free and that we were getting even more freebies. Then after this egregious behavior the company tacked unwanted stationary on to the invoice when they finally sent the invoice. The invoice then had "Facetime Signature" written where the presidents signature was needed. We will be warning our next exec board and *************** about this.

  I met with our representative at the beginning of fall. We took an inventory on all our supplies in the closest and needed to re stock our bid day cards for our next recruitment class. Everything was very easy and will def be doing business with National Fraternity Supplies in the future!

  I recently met with our chapter representative, and what can I say Just fantastic! Professional, honest, and knowledgeable. The customer service could not be beat! Following the delivery of our order, I even received a follow up call to make sure I had gotten the package :) Will definitely do business again!!!

  This company is nothing short of predatory. They will reach out to officers and use high pressure sales tactics in order to get them to order quantities of over-priced and unnecessary stationery supplies. In transitioning new officers, we've learned to warn ****************** teams about this company and their practices. I have to wonder how many chapters across the nation have boxes full of unused supplies that they were manipulated into buying? Chapters I have worked with have been duped into spending thousands of dollars that they did not have budget for these items. Complete scam!

  National Fraternity Supply has attempted to pressure our officer ***** into purchasing fraternity supplies that are unnecessary and emulating a part of nationals and telling us that we need things that were not necessary. They also attempted to reach out to other officers and place orders with officers who have no purchasing power, didn't clearly disclose pricing, and used high-pressure sales tactics to push officers towards committing to a purchase. If they contact you, do not respond to them, look into other options that are much more affordable.
