    I placed an order with HSI for an OSHA 30 training, and did not receive the option to review the order before purchasing (I needed to put a separate email in for the training, which also was not an option). When I tried contacting HSI to cancel this order, I was unable to get in contact with them (even after multiple attempts). I sat on hold for around 30 minutes (with 0 callers ahead of me in the queue). I was not contacted about the issues and will most likely have to cancel the transaction through my credit card provider.

    We have reviewed **********************' complaint and see that he purchased the **** 10 hour course from HSI on 9/2/23, with a credit card through HSI's ecommerce site.  Further research indicates that there is no record of a call coming into HSI's support line, based on the phone number listed on the complaint.  We also searched for the listed phone number in an admin search and there is no record of that numbering contacting HSI from 9/1/23 to 9/5/2023.  There is also no record of any calls that waited in the ***** for 30 minutes.  Our max ***** time/wait time between 09/01/-09/05 was 18 minutes.  

    If ********************** would like a refund, please let us know and we will issue a credit of $150.

    I'm 100% disabled ************* military veteran and have been an instructor with this organization in the past. I have been communicating with one employee and there was a misunderstanding regarding the price I did not realize this extra price would just be too get my instructor status back I thought it would be for the book,other required training material . I have surgery Fri which is major but since they called me and promised me a full refund which has not happened they are ignoring my emails they did return $35 but they haven't returned the ***** This is great and great stress for me an email message to the *** of the company has not been answered either. They were responding to all emails and tall they promised me a refund I'm praying it's just an oversight as $80 is a lot of money right now as I had a major vehicle accident had Covid and now I have a tumor but it just seems like now they no longer care I would like my money returned ASAP I don't know what else to do except to try to get a charge back and possibly contact the police

    After discussions with our managers, a full refund has been submitted to our Finance team on 6/10/2022, based on the request of ************* on 06/08/2022.  The *** #s (for reference) are ******* and 1602663.  Funds are released overnight, so the refund will appear on your account soon - we have no control over the time it takes ***************** credit card company or bank to actually release the funds into ***************** account.  

     

    HSI received an email from ************* with a subject line of "money returned thanks".
