    I took my van to Oregon Transmission service. He rebuilt the automatic once. lasted 16 ***** drove it back in second gear, they said it burnt up. His son took over the business after the first rebuild. two times later without my van seemed like every other week it was back in the shop They put the wrong filter on at a fluid change and band were slipping on the freeway after many take backs for jury rigged ****** line throttle cable and 4k pay out . It was leaking. ****** fluid all over. I don't even think they test drove it because i got in it and it started out in second. Took it back again and noticed they cut the cross over muffler pipe out and tried welding it back, it leaks they said they would fix it, they didn't The last time they worked on it they had it 2 more weeks just sitting there, got it back the last time and the bands were still slipping less than a mile from there shop , didn't fix the exhaust leak either. It has been sitting in my drive way since then, about a year now, coincidently with a tooth missing on the starter and burnt fluid they forgot to change. In my opinion. I don't think they worked on it at all, the last time They have a very low bar for giving customers good honest ********************** . In my opinion buyer be ware You will get the run around too 1I would hire anybody else also, His son told me his new name is Oregon Performance transmission . My ****** didn't perform at all. i WOULD SAY ,"Don't guess, DON'T call OTS CALL ANYBODY else , UNSATISFIED (X )CUSTOMER they don't deserve a rating but a one star , they dont deserve a half a rating in my opinion

    I took my trasmission in and had a rebuild done 2.5 years ago today 12-21-2022 ( have brought it back 4 times during this period of time without remedy of issues ). I have ***** miles since rebuild. ( 3 year warranty, good luck ). The vehicle sits alot at my lakehouse as a third vehicle hence the low miles. ****** excuse is inly that it wasnt brought in yearly for a maintinance. It has been at theyre shop 4 times since rebuild and i was told all would be taken care of until today after stopping by shop over last 6 months only to be told we are busy right now lets try a different week. I dropped it of on 12-7-22 and then i called them on 12-19-22. The owner then says he needs the paper work, he said 6 months ago he would look it up and never did. I stopped by today 12-21-22 and he found the paperwork after he said he would call me 12-20-22 but again did not. As above he stated we didnt do the annual service even though its been in his shop 4 times since the transmission was rebuilt so plenty of times for warranty and service which he never got done and now has not kept his warranty promise again. I am a business owner of **************************************************************************************************************************************************************** my opinion.
