    My tractor was not working properly so I called **** *********** to get some suggestions on things I could try to fix it. Nothing was working so I brought it in to get looked at. They quoted me $1500-$2500 to make repairs & no guarantee that would fix the issue. At this time I decided to purchase a new tractor from ***************************** & keep the old one to tow my garden ***************** with. After my grandfather passed away I purchased that tractor using an older tractor as a down payment so it was very sentimental! Since it was COVID it would take a bit for the new one to arrive so I asked if we needed to come pick the old one up before the new one was available & was told "No, you can just pick both of them up when the new one comes in." When we arrived to get them we were loading the new one in the parking ******* was told by ********************* he wasn't sure where my old one was and ***** replied "That is embarrassing." **** said he would look around for it and get back to me so I kept my ************** left. Then I was told by **** they had scrapped it without any authority from me or even a phone call. I have had to continually email to try & get resolution & have not been compensated. When I mentioned to him a few months ago I spoke with legal counsel & know I am owed compensation for my property, now he has changed his story & lying saying ***** told him to scrap it when HE bought a new one which is more lies. You will see on the statement I purchased the ************ is my property & at no time did I give them permission to get rid of it. It is appalling how they treat their female customers & just ignore them hoping they go away. I am taking care of my elderly grandmother now & do not have time to be fighting this large corporation for what I am owed especially after I spent over $6,000 with them purchasing the new tractor only to be brushed off and lied to.

    I have signed a release with them and they are in the process of sending me reimbursement for my claim.   I will confirm when I receive the payment.  Thank you so much for helping me get this issue resolved.
