    9/22/2022, Thursday. I needed service for a 40" **** flatscreen, purchased in 2008, that would not turn on, giving a continuous black screen. ******* and ******* who work there were very helpful in diagnosing the problem. ******* plugged the **** flatscreen into a HDMI ********************** Input) and external antenna and the **** came on and worked normally. ******* had previously told me to hold the power button and volume down button down for 10 seconds and then plug the set into AC connection. I heard a clicking noise from the upper right side of the flat screen when I did this but the green power light did not come on.But when ******* plugged the flat screen in at the shop, the green power light did come on and the flat screen did work. ******* told me that there was no charge for his assistance and actually helped me load the **** flat screen back into it's box and helped me carry it out to my car.This is excellent customer service! I highly recommend Home Theater/Repair **** Specialty Shops on ********** in ******, ******. They are the kind of business you can go back to, with confidence, time after time. J.P.
