      Let me start by saying the workmanship in my remodeled manufactured home, is marginal at best. I have had on-going problems with the flooring. The vinyl installed in bathrooms and kitchen is buckling and bubbled up in places. The effort to repair in kitchen resulted in such a mess I refused to allow them to repair anymore. I noticed the vinyl buckling in the guest bath a bit ago and thought it was more of the same. Then the floor started to depress under foot. I had my son look under house for leaks. There were none visible. He then pulled up some of the vinyl flooring and discovered it was saturated and moving into the laundry room. I turned off the water to toilet and called ServPro to come dry out the floor. I paid top dollar for this home and it should not be failing like this. This place is a money-pit. The paint is poorly done. When they pressured washed the building they only did half. They did not clean out the shed. They did not adequate clean after construction was "completed". The water heater has been rebuilt. The used ductless AC/Heat they installed, has had a new motor assembly installed after only a few months at my expense. The refrigerator is going out and has been since before I moved in. I mentioned it many times and was finally advised to purchase a home owners warranty policy which I did at her referral. It turned out to be the worst company with which to do business. I am stuck with thousands of dollars in repairs due to the poor quality of workmanship. This is a 55+ community and they refused to bring up to safety codes stating she did not have to. The electrical box is completely mislabeled. The inspector needs to be contacted as well. This place should have never passed muster.
