Did service today in our park, we have a lilac 3 feet from the septic tank and they BUTCHERED my tree. Didnt ask to cut it or anything and when I told him I could of just tied the blossoms back he said I know I thought of that then when I called the woman was not so polite and just said what do you want us to do about it (honestly I want you to CARE that you just took half my tree down that helps the pollinators) and Im really sorry but you shouldnt have a plant right next to it (its over 3 feet away) mind you also he cut half of it and none of the actual stock and roots of the plant are near that green lid so to tell me it was because he couldnt get in it without cutting it not accurate. The other reviews of them not being polite I totally agree with. You should have to pay for a new plant especially after telling me TWICE it COULD have been tied back the flowers AND for the worker to carry on saying I know how hard it is to keep them in bloom all year like you knew that and you still cut them all off? I tried to save some blossoms and in the picture on their ****** reviews it isnt even HALF of the blossoms that was cut of the tree. So disappointed that they truly didnt care. I understand that the park never told people to plant anything 3 feet from them (also plants were here when we moved in and they havent been here to pump in over 10 years he said which was before we bought the place) but they shouldnt cut BLOSSOMS off when they could just be tied back
