    This company, Crane Point Industrial, LLC has been an absolute nightmare to work with. One of their delivery drivers rear-ended me on January 13th. This company left me and their driver on the side of HWY 26, in the pouring rain for 1 hours while they tried to find their vehicle insurance information, which the police informed me I needed to have before leaving the scene of the accident. It took hours to get that information from them and they never provided a contact name or number, ever. In order for the insurance claim to move forward and for me to start the process of repairing my vehicle, *********** needed to provide THEIR insurance company, ******************* with verification of employment of THEIR driver, a simple 2 5 minute phone call. ****** reached out to them numerous times, leaving multiple voice mails, as did **************** Point did not return a single call to Chubbs or to me. Their lack of cooperation resulted in me driving around in an unsafe, wrecked vehicle and waiting almost two full weeks for the insurance claim to move forward. On January 25th I called *********** and asked to speak to a manager so that I could encourage them to verify their employees employment in order for ****** to move forward on my claim. I spoke to *******************, manager/director. *** was very belligerent and refused to speak to me. Every time I tried to ask my straightforward request, he cut me off and his reply, in a loud and angry voice was, Im not going to talk to you!! This happened at least six times and then he hung up on me. As a manger/director of a company, I felt ******************* seriously lacked professionalism, integrity, and decency. I am absolutely disgusted with the way this company and their manager treated me and this issue, which was no fault of my own.
